What Arm Trouble? Aroldis Chapman Hits 106 mph Against the Pirates

Unofficially mind you.  Officially Chapman topped out at 102 mph, which is still damn impressive considering he couldn’t break 95 mph a week ago.
Looks like the four day rest did him a world of good.
Against the Pirates Monday night Chapman threw 14 pitches—13 fastballs and one slider.  Of those fastballs, 10 broke the 100 mph barrier, with the official top speed being 102 mph.  One of Chapman’s fastballs registered 106 mph, but this was on the Great American Ballpark scoreboard, and thus doesn’t qualify for official status.
Official or not, 106 mph is something else.
