Fans of the NFL are no doubt upset over the NFL's current labor situation, but perhaps none more than Ken Lanci, who's decided to take his frustration on the league out in court. Lanci is a local Cleveland businessman who owns 10 personal seating licenses. He's suing the league because he feels the labor dispute is violating his rights as a Cleveland Browns season ticket holder.
I'm anxious to see how Lanci is going to prove that the Browns, the league and the rest of the teams are purposedly staging the labor dispute to spite fans and season ticket holders.
